About Us

Sajid (Saj) Syed

After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, Dr. Syed began practicing dentistry in Estevan, Saskatchewan, where he worked for two years before moving to Ontario.

In 2005, Dr. Syed purchased a practice in Dunnville, using his unique style and service improvements to maintain the quality care the Dunnville community has always enjoyed.

Dr. Syed continued to expand his business, purchasing Pavillion Dentistry in 2009. He is dedicated to providing the residents of St. Catharines and surrounding communities with excellent dental care and personalized service.

In 2021, Dr. Syed purchased Lakeside Dental in Stoney Creek. He and his family now live in Stoney Creek, where they love being part of a smaller community.

Dr. Syed enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a special interest in complex cases like dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, and orthodontics. He has a passion for performing life-changing treatments that increase a patient’s quality of life by providing them a fully functional smile.

Recently, his dedication and hard work were recognized when he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, the highest level of competency in implant dentistry. He is also an Associate Fellow and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Aside from being a big promoter of continuing education, Dr. Syed also mentors other general dentists wanting to enhance their clinical skills in implant dentistry.

Outside of work, Dr. Syed loves spending quality time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys staying fit and playing tennis.

Dr. Keshma Madala

Dr. Keshma Madala is a compassionate and highly skilled associate dentist who brings a unique blend of science, artistry, and genuine care to every patient she serves. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Government Dental College in Hyderabad, India, where she provided free dental care to hundreds of patients, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Dean’s Honors from the University of Western Ontario.

Before relocating to Dunnville, Dr. Madala practiced comprehensive general dentistry in a rural community, where she gained extensive experience performing a wide range of procedures and built strong connections with patients of all ages. This experience honed her versatility, creativity, and commitment to delivering high-quality care under all circumstances.

Dr. Madala remains at the forefront of modern dentistry through continuous education in areas such as conscious sedation, CEREC same-day crowns, and biomimetic dentistry. She is dedicated to providing personalized, comfortable treatment experiences that prioritize empathy and trust.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, dancing, and spending time with her family. Dr. Madala is thrilled to join our practice and looks forward to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Tina

Tina is a Dental Assistant by trade since 2007 which has made her adept in leading the Business Administration Department. Tina takes pride in bridging the gap between patients and the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition in rendering treatment plans. On her spare time she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and spending good quality time with her loved ones.

Kelly

Kelly graduated from Niagara College in Welland, and has been a valued member of the Dentistry Dunnville team for over 20 years. She has completed advanced courses in orthodontics and implant dentistry, expanding her education well beyond her formal training. Kelly is passionate about helping patients feel confident in both their dental health and their smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, golf, CrossFit, and baseball, relaxing at the cottage, and cheering on her son at hockey games.

Susan

Susan is a certified Dental Assistant who graduated from Niagara College in 1989 and began working at this office that same year. She spent the first five years applying her skills as a dental assistant before transitioning to the business side of the practice. Susan loves spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter.

Barb

With more than 25 years of experience, Barb is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk into our office. She loves getting to know patients and helping them feel relaxed and well cared for during their visits. Outside the office, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog Willow, and visits from her sons, Tyler and Andrew.

Vicky

With over 45 years of dedication to all aspects of dentistry and a deep commitment to patients’ dental health, Vicky continues to make a meaningful impact. She is also looking forward to spending more time with family and friends, and enjoying time on her motorcycle.

Donna

Donna graduated in Dental Assisting in 1987 and has been working with Dr. Syed since January 2007. She enjoys building relationships with patients and keeping them informed about their dental health. Outside of the office, Donna can be found in her garden or cheering on her granddaughter at hockey and baseball games. She also enjoys playing baseball and volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.

Shannon

Shannon graduated from Georgian College and brings 10 years of experience in dental hygiene. She is dedicated to providing comfortable, patient-focused care while staying up to date with modern technology to support effective treatment. Outside of the clinic, Shannon owns a lifestyle photography business and is a proud toddler mom.

Kristina

Kristina is a dedicated Dental Hygienist and local of Haldimand County. She graduated with honors in both Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene at Niagara College. She’s known for her gentle, caring approach and her commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Tiffany

Tiffany is a local Dunnville resident and a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated with Honours from Niagara College in 2019. She has a special passion for working with children and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and at ease during their visit. Tiffany takes a warm, friendly, and professional approach to care, often using humour to help patients feel relaxed and at home in the dental chair. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and being with her two golden retrievers. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Tiffany grew up playing competitively in multiple leagues and continues to stay active today.

Jodi

Jodi is a proud mom of three and brings 17 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. A Dental Assistant and Sterilization Technician, Jodi plays an important role in supporting patient care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family and can often be found cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Sharon

Sharon has come to us with a wealth of experience in the dental field including working in Public Health as well as with patients in dental practices. Sharon is a yoga instructor when she is not at Dentistry Dunnville or spending time with her family enjoying the outdoors.

Viktoriya

After acquiring her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Viktoriya has realized her passion for healthcare and proceeded to graduate with honors from Durham College. She has been a Dental Assistant for 14 years and has extensive experience in all branches of Dentistry. Viktoriya loves helping patients feel at ease during their visits. She’s passionate about continual learning, especially in the areas of health and wellness. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her reading, travelling, spending quality time with loved ones or getting a good workout in.
